Big Dave Ostrander

Chef Santo Bruno has been actively involved in the culinary arts; cooking commercially and as an advisor of Marsal & Sons, Inc. His formal training is based in old world, European style cooking as accredited by the prestigious Culinary Center Scuola Alberghiera in Palermo, Italy. Dino Ciccone
Dino Ciccone is the president of World Famous Eastown Pizza, a small chain of independent Canadian pizzerias started in 1968. He’s won 22 international pizza awards, including Best Pizza in the World (Las Vegas 1996). Dino is the president of World Pizza Organization, or WPO, a consulting firm that certifies pizzerias.
